This quiver is crafted following the pattern of a preserved 17th-century sajdak from the collection of Stockholm's "Livrustkammaren". The originalquiver was adorned with hand-embroidered tambour stitches on leather, a technique accurately reproduced using tambour stitches on thin goat leather through machine embroidery. You can read more about this type of quiver in the "Our Products" section.
The base of the quiver and bow case is made from 2mm thick vegetable-tanned leather of bovine cattle, with the front side featuring a second layer of thin goat leather with embroidery. The quiver and bow case are fixed to the belt using special mounts, featuring a functional loop on the back. The small straps are secured and adjustable through the slit system on the belt. The entire suspension system is copied from original items currently stored in museums and has been successfully tested in practice. We use historically accurate hook fasteners on the belt. Thanks to them, the quiver can be put on and taken off quickly and conveniently.
